Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

At Shirt and Tie our aim is to exceed your expectations each and every time! Each order is important to us and every effort is made to satisfy all your requirements. However, despite all of our products being tested by our suppliers as well as our team prior to distribution, we understand mistakes do happen. If the item(s) you've ordered arrive faulty or damaged, we will refund your purchase price in full or exchange the product free of charge provided you advise us within 7 days of receipt of your items.

If you have received a product that was the wrong size, colour or is an unwanted gift, we will happily exchange the item for one of the same value or offer you a credit voucher to our store, valid for up to 12 months. This exchange policy is applicable provided that:

  • The merchandise has remained unopened / remains in the original packaging;
  • The merchandise and its packaging has not been altered, damaged or worn; and
  • A copy of the original invoice is provided.
A $5.00 processing fee will apply for exchanged items and the refund/credit value excludes shipping charges.

To help us process your request faster, if you have an item to return:

  1. Get in touch with our service team via email, fax or phone within 14 days of delivery;
  2. Let us know your name, original order number and a description of the damaged item; and
  3. Upon verification of the order, we will email you a confirmation note with a return authority number that you can use to return the product to us
